You know how some folks talk about “mental health” days? They call off work, stay home, lounge about in their jammies and watch tv. At least that’s what I imagine they do. WELL, I scheduled a day off a few months ago to knock out some errands and just have a Me day. Score! It’s an entirely different world out there…you know, between 9 and 5 on a week day. I had my oil changed, had lunch, and enjoyed a little shopping. It was a little slice of sanity and I decided to treat myself to it at least quarterly.
